Enjoy an elevated brunch prepared by local Walla Walla culinary expert, Chef Penny Addison. Chef Penny will guide your guests through her specially curated brunch menu as you sip and savor a flight of four Northstar wines.
BRUNCH MENU
Berry scones served with butter and preserves
Arugula salad dressed with balsamic crema, topped with strawberries, toasted almonds, feta cheese, and sweet onions
Deep dish quiche filled with salmon, asparagus, Fontina cheese, and fresh dill
Beef tenderloin topped with wild mushrooms served with smashed roasted Yukon gold potato and a red wine reduction
Lemon square with fresh raspberries and Chantilly cream
